About BMORE Girls
BMORE Girls was formally incorporated as a 501(3)(c) organization in April 2024. Prior to founding the non-profit, founder and executive director, Tanasha Dalton, supported a South Baltimore middle school, by providing a co-curricular program for middle school aged girls throughout the 2023-2024 academic year. By interacting with school personnel, building relationships with the girls, and learning about the community, Ms. Dalton recognized the need for consistent, positive enrichment in the lives of the girls who were exposed to, and experiencing, trauma at a very young age.
BMORE Girls is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to creating brave, affirming spaces where middle school girls can discover their strengths, practice leadership, and envision bold futures. We design culturally responsive learning experiences—both inside and outside the classroom—that build confidence, social-emotional skills, and a sense of purpose.

How Can You Help?
